Purdy is a Solicitor and joined Double & Megson Solicitors in May 2024 with over 22 years’ experience in Conveyancing.

She has helped her clients complete on a range of residential transactions from first time purchases to high worth property transactions. Coming from working in the Greater London area, she has often dealt with leasehold properties. She has picked up lots of experience over the years and tries to take a sensible and practical route for her clients. She does take the view that we are always learning something new in this changing and challenging view so she hopes you will find her to be an approachable and useful guide through your conveyancing process.

She does her utmost to keep her clients updated on the progress of their transactions. She engages with her clients to provide as personal and as bespoke an experience as possible on the journey of buying or selling a property.

Outside of work she is busy with her wonderful family, her baking disasters and craft projects.
